Cheated me out of my learning

I'm a Medial Insurance Billing and Coding student at Everest College in Merrionette Park, IL. Everest College is a bunch of crap and I wouldn't recommend anyone to that school. The tuition is to high, I had to take out an additinal loan and still had to pay out of my pocket. For one whole month straight we didn't have an instructor. I have been here since May and still haven't learned enough. We was cheated out of out time and money. I can't get my completion papers signed because they said I'm missing some payments. What am I paying for? Nothing!
