Fingerhut corp Fingerhut corp they are keeping my acct unpaid for stuff I sent back and now I can't get a loan for a car ripoff

I would like for Fingerhut to close my account and quit making my credit bad because I sent them back their stuff and they don't have it. It is not my fault they didn't get it I sent it to them in their box that it all came in they are saying I owe them over 900.00 I don't feel I owe them anything

I also have lost my card and told them that when it was lost they say they never got a call. So if they have stuff that I "bought in the past 4 yrs I didn't do it. They didn't put it in the comp that my card was lost and that too is not my fault. Why should my credit be bad because they messed up or the postal service didnt return their stuff?
