I was called on August 4 and promise a credit card with a 2000.00 dollar limit for a one time fee of 199.00. I was asurd that the money would not be taken out of my account until August 21st. This would give me time look over the information and concell if I choose to.

On August 7th the money was taken from my account. I called on the 14th to concel and was told that the refund would be given after I filed out a form. The could not be faxed to me and would take seven days to reach me. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and was told that supervisor would call me back in a few days. The supervisor never called back.

I called back a week later and was told that the form had not been sent out and there was no record of my previous call. The person left the phone and then came back to tell me she (Christy) had told me wrong and in fact the form would be sent out soon.

I called back on 8/22 after another withdrawal was taken from my account. I got a recording saying the company had been temporialy suspendedand to await further information. I changed my account not knowing the routing number stayed the same so even after this recording another withdrawal was made on 9/13.

The people that I spoke to that set up the credit card was Eric Baugh who told mw no monies would be taken from my account. He told me if I had any promblems to contact him. He was at extension #14. He then turn me over to the verifacation manager (Tabetha) who also asured me no money would be taken out of my account until after the 21st of August.

I yet to even recieve the package.
