Just Ridiculous California

This company called me at work and threatened to have me locked up for fradulent activity, i had no idea what they were talking about, i then found out it was for a loan i had taken out, they threatened me called from an unknown number had very heavy india accents, and curesed and used profanity the name that they gave was Tom jackson, when they first called i was scared out my mind, but then i was like there is a prcedure to collect a debt owed and you are not following it and then when i said that they went crazy said why the F& i do that if i didnt pay them 900.00 dollars i would spend the rest of my life in jail,

So i then check them and another company poped up i called them and they let me know that this company had stolen their name and call from various numbers threating people all the time unbder the Fair credit act it is against the kaw for them to do any of this stuff that they say they are going to do to you/me, so i filed a complaint with the FTC, the State attorney generals of, and the Financial Services of California, they almost had me but come on 900.00 for 390.00 thats a load of crap
