They ripped me off!

I received a phone call from the company stating I won a U. S Government Grant of 5,000. I was in need of money now for the holidays and thought it was okay. Within the next week or so the company took out $29.95, which I was aware of and figured I was going to get the money 5,000 in another week or so. I was really in need of the money at the time and reluctantly gave my information and many times asked if this was real and the man assured me many times it was.
It has not even been a month yet and the company took out $299.95, which I was not aware of. I called the company and they said on Tuesday that hey will review my refund and see from there. Now I've been calling and there's no answer. I truly need something done about this company, it's taking advantage of us and this needs to stop. I'm with Birmingham who wants to pursue a class action suit against this company and I also want in. Some one please hear us!
