Never received magazines

I ordered 2 magazines in February. After waiting the 2 months they said it would take to get these I emailed them again. I received the same message everyone else did, they found the reason I didn't receive them they personally take care of this and sorry for the inconvience. After many of these replys I figured out I was out the money. I thought I would try to e-mail them one more time when I found all the other complaints about them. I don't want them to get away with this. Hopefully you can help.
