Charged for computer never received, runaround, ellusive, fraudulent, deceptive, liars

I paid for 2 years on this computer that was never received. I have tried several attemps at getting a live person to discuss this. I have been given tracking numbers for the computer that did not exist. The phone number only sends you to a web page that is constantly "under construction". I am now seeking other alternatives to recoup my money. I will be filing with the Better Business Bureau and contacting my bank to also file fraud charges against this company. I have tried every avenue and have come only to dead ends.
