Rude on the phone wrong information, paid double for shipping never recieved all the parts that was showen on tv. Paid for one product and recieved anothe

I never recieved one of my product so I called them I described the one I got and they said that was the referbished one. They told me the other one was in the mail and to wait longer. So I waited three weeks longer called back they then sent me out a replacement during the phone calls they were very rude. The product I recieved was the same as the first one they then said while that was the more exspensive one and the should charge me more but they never. When I got the other one they said that, that was the one I had ordered I paid the price that was on the tv but nevered recieved that one. Also I was to get a bonus what they were offering when you bought the juicer, I had not recieved. Then to top it off I paid for shipping and handleing then I had to pay cod. Charges from where they had sent it to in Canada before it was sent to me. And that company charged me to then have it sent to me. When I told them about this they said that it's not there fault if this company charges more. When I asked to speak with there boss they gave me phone numbers that never exsisted
