A door to door salesman by the name of Scott Biddle sold me a magazine, I cancelled it within 3 days, and never received a refund

On September 18 a door to door salesman, Scott Biddle, wanted to sell me a magazine so he could earn points for some contest. I have had these kind of people stop by before and I tried to say no, but they won't listen. I figured I'd just write a check and then cancel it the same day, like I've done twice before. The only difference between this time and the other two times, is that this time they never canceled my order or issued me a refund.

I checked with my bank and found that they cashed my check on September 24. The only way to get a hold of them is to email them from there website or write to their P.O. Box. I went to their website and found typos on their homepage, so it doesn't look good for me. I emailed them and am waiting for a response but I'm not getting my hopes up.

I learned my lesson, and will never again buy from any of these door to door salesmen. Now I'm just glad that it was only $32 rather than $70 like I was refunded from another company. Heck, as of now I'd take the magazine in exchange for my money but that doesn't look very likely either.
