False drug testing

I went to cr englands refresher training on 11/4 and took my dot physical and drug test in their motel as directed. I went to school for 3 days of classroom training starting 11/5.

On 11/7 i graduated the classroom part scoring 95 and 100 respectively on the tests. I was issued my signed and dated dot physical card upon graduating along with my fuel cards. I started my road training driving localy with jack and was doing great as i have been off the road for ten years i was extremely happy it was coming back to me so quickly. I was the only student in my group shifting properly and not running over curbs or stalling out the truck. I did speed once and was quick to correct it and not speed again.

During the time there we were constantly asked to sign into their lease to own program. I had made it clear wuth my recruiter hayleigh pottle i wanted to be a company driver only and that was my answer while the training continued. I even went so far when asked once to say i thought anyone foolish to sign a lease when you did'nt even know if you and the company were going to be a fit together.

On 11/8/07 about noon time i was called off the road and into an office, given a number to call and was informed i had tested positive for marijuana. I asked this person how this could be possible if you don't smoke pot, the person then started asking me what medications i have been on that could have given a positive result. I told her i was taking 800 miligrams of ibuprofen, flexerill, sinus medicene and airborne immune boosteras i had a 28hr bus ride up there. Then she asked if i had been around anyone smoking pot and i said yes. I could smell it on the bus and in one of the bathrooms on the trip up there.

Now they want me to pay over 1,000.00 for a sap program and sent me home at my expense that same day. First i was told they have a no contest rule but when i continued to argue i was transfered to a michele who said she was the school manager and i could retest for 150.00. I told her i didnt have the money as i was unemployed in florida.

Now i'm worried how this is going to effect my chances of having any company give me a chance to show my driving skills and integrity by giving me a job? Thank You CR England for ruining my life.
