Startup Essential I've been charged for a service that was never provided. For A-1 Dallas For Startup Essensials and Texas

I have the same experience as annonymous Plant City, FL.
I too was rushed thru the paper signing and the superviser had approved me.

Even though I did not want a laptop they sent me one any way and was told it was included in the total sale price of the Startup Essentials.

Well everytime I've tried to contact Startup Essentials for they can not answer my questions and I requested to cancell my contract and I would send the Lap top back to them. I was told they would just send it back to me.
I was called by the manager and he asked me if "I didn't want to play anymore", I responded, "NO".

I've reported Startup Essential to the BBB of TX and Calif with no satisfaction.

I have been paying on the contract sence February of this year. Now the A-1 Leasing is sending me letters saying I'm in the rears and will report me to the National Credit report. Then they give me a number to call (888) 222-0348 which I'v called repeatedly and keep getting a person who say's I need to call the 616 number which I did and left a message for them to call me back which they have not. It has been two days now and still no word.
