What I know from my research of public records and personal experience is as follows: ERV Construction is not owned by Dan Fernandez. If the government is looking for anything regarding Dan Fernandez, ERV will not show up anywhere, on anything, regarding income. Dan is not even his real name. If you look up ERV Construction on the MA DOR website you will find Angela Gethers is the President of the company. What, you've never seen an Angela Gethers on any jobsite? Hmmmm. But her signature is on the check, right? Yet Mr Fernandez does seem to act like at least an employee or the owner doesn't he? He carries around a checkbook doesn't he?
They are con artists. They have no conscience about ripping people off and do so with a smile, and a quick, "Have a blessin day".
I think the original ripoffscam report claimed Dan Fernandez has filed bankrupcy. He brags about this. He also mentioned being the divorced father of many children in Maine but that is not so easy to confirm.
Do not do business with them under any circumstance. If you are forced to sell anything to them, demand cash only. She uses the slow processing system over at Citizens Bank to her advantage.
