Sent me a false check

I posted an add in Craigslist.com for a room for rent in my home. And got this eager respond, he claimed that he was Eric Henry from Eric Henry enterprise, and said he wanted to send his niece for vacation from November till April the following year. Strange but hey. I recieved a check fro $3,900.00 and he had asked me to deposit in my bank right away and send the money to his niece... Says her name is Beckins Victor, from London United Kingdom. I foound the whole thing fishy, and would never send money unless the check is cleared... So I did a search online and found two other cases. Thank God for the internet
