Child Support Division took almost $57,000 out of my dads account when he has been living with us and supporting us all are lives

My dad has been living with my mom and kids all our lives and the department of transitional assistance went ahead and sent his file to the dor stating that he owed child support for all seven kids he has been living with all these 23 years. So they sent his case to the dor and they took over $56,000 out of my parents bank account which they didnt even have all that money to begin with and over drafted there accoutn by $56,000 and set up a levy to his ssn so when ever he gets any money they will take it. They will be taking his social security checks. He has been getting welfare right along with my mother the whole time and for the kids too. So they took everything they owned left them with nothing
