It's interesting how companies get unfair criticism

It's interesting how companies get unfair criticism from people who don't read the contract they sign and don't remember when they called companies. Jamie signed a contract and received two copies, including the following: No verbal agreements recognized delivery within 120 days - language required by the FTC. B Eveland must have promised delivery within 4 weeks. I told Jamie when she called on 09/10/07 (the same day she posted her complaint) the date by which the publisher would make delivery.

Her daughter will receive her magazines. We are not a rip off company and very much resent unjustified accusations like this one.
