I received my $1,900, 000.00 award and prize letter today, 10-20-07. I also received one yesterday from Issuances Office, East Meadows NY 11554-9000. On that one I was awarded only 1,400, 000.

When I got to the part when they wanted a 19.99 "Report Fee", I knew it must be a scam.

Luckly I do not fall easily for these scams. When you read the attached letter's very carefully, they always say "you have not won yet" Everything "Looks" so offical. BeWare, when you receive something of this nature and they want a "fee", it is not legit.
