I owned a mobile home I was trying to sell, I found a buyer whom wanted a mobile home and land so I found land, the mortgage company told me they could pay land owner, move home ect. They dropped the ball did none of this! I had to bring in a individual investor Ed Cheshire, I did most of the work getting the home moved and set up, while I was hospitalized behind my back he filed a petition for abandoned property at the sherrifs office saying I had abandoned the property, when I had that week installed the skirting on the home, have reciepts to back it up! Cheshire knew that I had a medical condition that the Doctors were finding hard to diagnose, so while I was fighting for my life he was trying to swindle me out of my part of the proceeds! I was introduced to Cheshire by Buddy Jenkins of Brandon & Ridgeland Ms. Whom I later found to be a crook! He has been implicated in several sceptical transactions and now feel that I was set up.

Cheshire and the closing attorneys secretary used a old title search to close the loan because I had notified them I had filed a construction lean, they cheating me of my part of the proceeds, I have all the documents to prove it, I have just not had the energy or the finance's to pursue.
