Do not give us as employees our money for hours picked up and make excuses for everything

I am right now an employee at west as we speak... Im so sick and tired how they treat us. We are all just a number to them with no face. Its always promised to us our pay (however) we never receive our pay. Its hard enough that a lot of us cant afford anything as of our bills because of the check shortage. My check is always short of hours, espeacilly recently that really blew me up to the extent that i wish that i could just quit but cant cause i need that job. They offered us at 16.00 an hour to take their calls for a lot of guest that dont really know all the bull we put up with yet west expects to be cheerful and happy!!! Yeah right!!! Ill just say that we all take rsv ill let you guess the rest... We never got our money for the 16 and hour, the ones that did where any where to 100.00 to 400.00 dlooars short. They sai they were going to fix that... That was 3 weeks ago!!! Its promised to us 3 days... Wow loooooong 3 days, that money was still not on our check this past check we recieved on this past friday on the 12 of oct. Then to top that all off, the people who decided to still pick up phours at 16.00 still after thay were not paid got ripped off againe!!! So where in the heck is that right?!?!?!? Then dont even get me started with what actually happens on the floor because the ptl's they dont give one dran about us who are on the floor. For one nice example we will have a guest on hold for anywhere 5 to 8 min cause we have our hands raised waiting for the help of our floor supervisors cause they are busy talking amonst them selves or eating or picking at their own body parts. They have a psychotic helping us who rather talk to herself then help us as well!!! Its a sad sad sad sad place to work and it hurts because like many of the other reports, no you dont get your whole 40 hours because you get sent home or get sent on mandatory hours.
There is a lady who got walked up to one of the main ladys who worked there and introduced herself so bubbly and told the agent how she was happy to meet her and gave her dismissal papers on the spot, wasnt tookin to the office, right there in front of everyone!!! Of course jerry jewell from the story called that lady back kissing all kinds of back side. I dont know im just sick and tired of being treated like crap there and they dont care. They cant even pay us who are already there yet they were on the news that they are hirng 400 more people. The way i see it most of know that we are already out the door and let them come at me, ill be ready to fight with some kind of fire!!!
