Federal Government
Because we can get away with it and we are above the laws we create

Miscellaneous

The Federal Government (through Dept. Of the Army) has destroyed pertinent aspects of my service record to conceal the fact that my contract and rights under the UCMJ were violated and I was forced out of the Army as a matter of 'policy' that was kept from public military view and knowledge. This was done due to the nature of the disability I acquired while on active duty (details of which were made public knowledge within my unit&which is a direct violation of the privacy act of 1974). My 'medical' discharge (which my former CO did not possess the authority or jurisdiction to offer or issue) was replaced by a discharge I never signed for, and the evidence destroyed in the interest of protecting the criminals within my chain of command who committed the offenses against me, as well as the federal government which refuses to take responsibility for the secret 'policy' (they created) because of the embarrassment and public controversy and criticism it would generate. This is a direct insult to the American people and our constitution, furthermore it insults our brave service men and women who have no idea that this could also happen to any or all of them at a moments notice. The corruption of our trusted government should indeed be made public knowledge& After all, turn-about is fair play!
