Took my money and wont return it

On aug 17 a gentleman came to my house for me to order magazines after i told him i was not interested the kept on persisting i order i than ordered a magazine just to pretty much get rid of him after he left i looked at my recipt and decided to cancel the subscription that was on aug 20 well i have not heard anything from them on this matter. I called customer service and it doesnt matter what time it is you can not speak to a real person and all the record does it say hanging up not and click i have emailed the company and still till this day no responce i would like my money back and let everyone out there not to order from these people they are ripping everyone off and i dont think its right to have these people working for this company going door to door
