Now they want to sue me, does anyone have a class action law suite in the works? Dallas, TX

I have been threatened with a law suite by commercial collections of America on behalf of a1 leasing.
They have generously agreed to settle for $1,000 instead of the asking $10,000.00. I have nothing to show for even $1. They were misleading in the beginning.
I returned the two non-working lap tops and the work books, one had already been written in before i received it.

I did close my bank account after the first installment had been deducted. This all started in Oct. I haven't heard anything before now. I thought they had dropped it, but i was wrong. If anyone has any information to help me, please let me know.
