Complete Choice Plans only tells you the highest plan cost when they sell it to you. Your information comes and you find you can pay a lot less. Try to change it! Try to Stop the bank debit. No one returns calls, doctors offices and labs DO NOT accept the card. My doctor has a note posted that they no longer honor BEECH ST. As it is in the process of being sold.
When some one does answer they give you directions on what to do to get your benefits—there are NO benefits. Their claims are bogus and don't get caught up in it.
