I also was a victim of Rachel's. I lost close to 4000.00. Last May I won in small claims court, but have been unable to locate her to collect on my judgment. Also I have a check she once wrote as a reimbursment, which bounced but the account information is no longer valid. If you have any ways to help me, please let me know! I would love to be reimbursed.
