I am trying to find out how this company got my bank account information and how to get my money back. I went to their so-called refund website and filled out a request form on three differant occasions, with no success. The site states that all refunds will be sent in the form of a check and that it takes up to 10 days for the refund to reach you.

My first request was at the begging of August and I still have not seen one penny of the $49.95 that they stole out of my account. This has to be illegal in so many ways. Why can't we all get together and sue the company instead of letting it keep happening???

I don't know about the other victims of this scam, but I can't afford to just waste 49.95 like that, and I desperately need my money back! If anyone has any suggestions or contact information on this company, please let me know.
