Sent 90-day supply for a 30-day free supply and later charged us for second two months. O.D. Fees of $333.00

We ordered a FREE 30-day supply of Cig Arrest for my boyfriend to quit smoking. There was only a $6.95 Shipping and handling fee which, when I checked my account a few days later, they had taken out in 7-8 small increments that totaled $6.95.

Two or three weeks later when I went to get some groceries on a camping trip out of state, I found that my account was overdrawn. I check it and I was $333.00 overdrawn because of a $69.40 charge that I didn't have in my check register. The bank told me it was for Cig Arrest.

I called them and was calmly told that they send the other two months so that there will be no break in our treatment, (which is said to be only 7 days long) and that I obviously had not read the rest of the web site or I would have seen this. I went back and checked the web site and nothing is said about anything but the free 30-days supply.

I called back and said that I wanted my money back and was returning the mostly unused items in the box. The custermer service rep. Said that to make things easier on me, he would give me the third month free. I told him that would NOT make anything easier with my checking account and finally he agreed to refund the money and gave me a number to put on the front of the package to expedite the refund. We mailed it off yesterday and will wait and see if the money will be refunded.
