My husband and I had a somewhat complicated buy new phones and activate new lines transaction last weekend. The girl helping us could not have been nicer or a bigger help. I am sorry I do not remember her name, I believe it was Andrea or Stephanie. I usually do not shop at Radio Shack as I get annoyed with the computer/electronic geek attitude of the sales people. This girl, again I am so sorry I can not remeber her name was a joy to work with! Customer service is alive and well in Wichita, KS! (at least on that one day)
