Kippy is a dead beat dad and ripoff artist. He has abandoned his son and refuses to pay any child support. His last support payment was only $11 and made over a year ago - yet he still has an out of state cell phone, internet, and cable TV - unlike his son who has none of those luxuries!

Kip also buys and sells used cars to support himself, without reporting taxes and so all revenue is 'under the table' and non-collectable through child support enforcement.

But BEWARE - these cars he sells are bought low and sold high and quick - all he does is clean and detail them and many have proved to be lemons! Any car buyers please beware and heed this warning. He ripped me off and my brother and my best friend. He is not a mechanic and it never matters once he gets the green in his hand.

"Kippy" Lewis Edward Rolen lives in his mommas house in Millington and is looking for more suckers to buy his used cars so he never has to pay child support. He is always looking for the quick buck and even once benefitted from a greatly exaggerated workers comp case, so -

Kip did not even pay his debts - I had to pay them all off to maintain my credit. I was awarded in civil court over $6,000.00 from Lewis Rolen - which is still not paid and probably never will be. It is on his credit report - go ahead and check it!
