Kevin Trudeau Unauthorized Charges

I ordered Kevin Trudeau's The Weight Loss Cure and was charged $24.90 on 7/5/07. On 8/4/07 my charge card was billed $19.90 for Nat Cures 800-326-3903. I did not authorize that charge. I contacted the number several times and heard a recorded message that the phone system was currently being modified and you should contact the individual directly. I was also given another number for ITV direct at 1-800-240-3417 where you only get a message and then a long wait with no answer. I then contacted itvdirect's website and phone number with no response. I hear other people continue getting charges made to their account. I need this stopped and need refunded the $19.90.
