HUGE SCAM Where is the justice? Utah

Bodyfit pro offered me a free sample if I pay the shipping of 4.95. When I cancelled the account on 7/27/07, and verified that nothing else was to be charged, I was told that my account was closed. On 8/13/07, I received a package from these people, and that set me off to look at my charge card. THey had charged 99.65 to my credit account a week AFTER I closed the account with them.

I have called 10 times now, and I talk to the same guy EVERY TIME. Even though they charged me, I still had to return the package, and now I am told that I cannot get a refund until after they get the package. They stole, and now I am the one left to pay for it. Where is the justice?
