Rip-OffS ripoff dirty SOB's

This company also called me to offer me a card with a 2,000 credit limit for a one time fee of 199.90. I didn't want it but they said because of my chapter 13 it would help me rebuild my credit. Billy Jones was the rep. He told me that there was 0 interest and no late fees as long as I paid on time.

So I decided to accepte it and now it's been almost 3 months and no card yet. Called 3 weeks ago and was told that it was on the way to me. Called today and get a recording saying they are out of business. I have since the initial 199.90 seen that they have taken an additional 10.00 out of my account. I will be going to my bank tomorrow to stop this.

I think all of us should get together and track these people down and kick some butt.
