Private Card Services.com The took money out of my checking account without authorization

This company in which I never even heard of, took out of my checking account unauthorized funds. I would have never found out about this until I called my bank and they gave all the information. When you call their 1-800 number you can not speak to a live person it just directs you an online address. They withdrew $54.95 and to this I had to close out my bank account and open a new one. This company is a fraud and is going around taking peoples money.
