False advertisement ripoff

I called Union Workers Credit Services to attempt to recover my $37.00. I too, was taken in by the advertisement. When i called, the menu prompted me to return all documents sent to me in order to get my $37.00 back.

I don't know what "all documents"means. I tossed the literature about how to place an order and payment arrangements.

I was hoping there was a prompt to speak to a live person. There is no such prompt.
I will file a complaint with my local Consumer Protection division within the Attorney General's office in Washington State.
