Company took money from checking account without proper authority

I was checking my checking account online, because I had already had Mastercard thru edp reporting take money without proper authority, to find another charge from Academy Credit for 97.00.

Why you ask? I have no clue. Just like before with edp reporting and Mastercard I can not get anyone to talk to me. I called the company to ask general questions and they talked upa storm. Then called back about my problem with the company to be redirected to accounting and billing and nobody ever talked to me.

I spent a total of 5 calls 1 hour and 30 minutes on the phone to talk to someone and nobody ever came to the line. Please be careful onkline and watch your checking account.

I had to again got to my bank to sign an afidivit for this company too. Now I have been waiting for 1 week and half for these two companies to reply back. I have two kids I don't have the time nor money to deal with this.

I finally have opened a new checking account to use while in this proccess these mistakes. But I would love to know how they found my checking account number because surley they need that information to do something like this.
