Toner Scam

As others have also complained of this company, our company fell victim of IDCServco. Last year they contacted our office acting as if they were our usual toner supplier and got through via fax, scamming our company out of over $2700 for their so-called toner products. They are fraudulent scammers that hire rude, harassing personnel to bully their way into and through your company to force you to believe you have ordered from them before!

Their "representatives" Carlo and a so-called Jim Snodgrass insist on calling my office to "resolve" my complaints bringing up BOGUS names of recipients of their "delivered products" (which we never ordered NOR received) and claim these orders where made "by us" through supposed third party suppliers such as "Quality Supply Center" and "Copy Com"... Which I've NEVER heard of since we deal directly with Xerox!

I've reported IDCServco company to the BBB and have asked IDCServco repeatedly to remove us off their calling list!"Carlo" even went as far as to tell me me during a telephone conversation that their product WAS delivered to us and when I told him we HAD NOT ordered nor received anything from them, and if we did we would ship it back to them, said to me that they only accept their products back if THEY come to your office and pick them up! I wish they would come here so I can have the police or FBI meet them when they step foot here! I am disgusted that this company gets away with damaging our small business world.

In addition, harassing via telephone which should now be regulated by the government!??? How do they deliver these products? Is the US postal service or whatever company they use for their dirty business regulated by anyone? When will this company be stopped? And these types of scams eliminated by our governmental agencies?
