VIP Tunes - FRAUDULENT COMPANY stealing the money of many at $29.99 a pop Ripoff

On July 9 an illegal and unauthorized charge of $29.99 was debited against our MasterCard debit card under the name of VIP Tunes. We have never heard of this company, though I now know through usacomplaints.com that it does not exist. Our bank notified us, so some kind of red flag was raised with them.in order to have this charge removed from our account, we are required to fill out a report, have our signatures on the report notarized and then file a report with our Sheriff Dept., in addition to the hassle of canceling the cards and getting new ones. The amount of time involved in doing all of this (not to mention the deputy's time in taking a report and following up on it) is beyond ridiculous and, yet, not to do so is allowing a thief to continue prospering. The deputy who took our report actually found this website. Am wondering how all of our cards were compromised in the first place.
