Another Flavor Of The Nigerian Scam U.S. Based Offering to purchase goods we manufacture but this is a credit card scam Ripoff

I got this email:

"Attn: Sales Dpt.
My name is Elizabeth White, Manager, Outsource Ltd.
We are seeking to place an order with your company.
Do get back to me with a confirmation that you can meet our order and ship to our offices in US and Europe.
We will be making payment with our company credit card.
Look forward to hearing from you soon.

And was immediately suspicious as it looks and sounds just like the 100's of Nigerian rip off emails I've received offering to purchase my products. I searched on the phone number and, lo and behold, I find records of the same email but with a reference to Nigeria in it. So the Nigerian rip off comes to the U.S. Shores.
