Credit card fraudulent charges Ripoff Limassol

This company fraudulently charged $19.99 to my Capital One credit card on 7/13/07.
This used to be a TJX credit card and they never changed the number, so I wonder if there is any connection. I also read many people that used their card on Amazon.com, PayPal, or eBay have had this problem. I have used this card on all 3.
I have disputed it electronically with my credit card company and gave them a link to this site. I will call them when I get home from work as well.
