Explained one deal and executed another charge me for nothing and threatened to damage my credit if i didnt pay for what i didnt recieve and wouldnt let me cancel account Ripoff

National Exchange Magazine had accused me of being in debt with them for over 300 dollars. After they tried to complete their transaction illegally with my check card and had failed, they sent me a notice saying that my account was pass due for something I didnt recieve. So when I called and wished to cancel, they said that they would not do it until I paid $147.00. The terms and rules she then explained to me—after putting me on hold forever— surely wasnt the same terms I agreed to! Then it became clear to me that this was a rip off when I made it plain that I wanted to pay by money order, and they still proceeded to illegally use my check card!
