Marathon boats and yachts has commited several violations when representing my family. We listed a yacht for sale with this company. The brokers lawrence perritino and randy rode have lied, not followed strict broker laws and more. After my yacht was stolen during the time this company had it listed for sale they were aware of the theft for several months. A man from north flroida walked in their office to look at my yacht. Several days later he was going to make an offer to me and was swayed to the auction held by the criminals. Marathon boats and yachts is the sister company to united yacht sales which is owned and operated by peter schmidt. Schmidt being the head of company and hiring broker is the person who has not only lied, he made statements that an attorney never made to him simply lying to cover his ass and the sad thing trying to cover the brokers asses under him who made serious mistakes and broke the law. Everyone knows any good business owner finding out a serious violation was commited by his under brokers would be a man fix the mistake and the suffering his original customer suffered from this (my family).instead this business owner defends the law breaking people under him.
