Never-ending order calls, even after specifically requesting to have name removed from database

After initially buying one "order" of toner, reluctantly, a couple of years ago, I have continued to have calls from this company requesting to "complete" my order. First, I was told that I had only received half of my order, then a few months later I was told it was really only 1/4 of the order. After refusing to order more toner, I politely asked for my name to be removed from their list. I was promised this would be the case.

I have since received 2 additional calls. This last call, which I received today, was rather unique. As soon as the girl gave her company name, I interrupted her telling her that I had already requested my name to be removed four times and that this time I was demanding it. She promptly told me to stop being rude and yelling at her (I wasn't). As she continued with her tirade at me, I hung up on her. I am sure this will not be the end. Another 6 months from now, I'll get another call.

Each caller has been just a bit more aggressive than the last. Each time I refuse, I must be passed along to a more "seasoned" telemarketer.

It's a vicious merry-go-round.
