Fraudulent billing for over a year Unsure Ripoff

The amount of 12.00 x's 2 (24.00) has been comming out of my account for a year now. I purchased "A" credit report for only 24.00 total. It was to include all 3 reporters. I live in a state where I get 1 report for free. I have not been able to figure out how to stop these automatic payments. Can some help me please? They have gouged a chunk from me. At 24.00 a month it adds up fast. I need help!!! Again It's been a year and I just found my first avenue here.
