Ripoff dishonest make you use their own mortgage company to receive incentives then change payment amount days before closing

In order to get $7000 in builder incentives you have to use their mortgage company. I was quoted a payment (good faith offer) of $1,700 a month. Three months later just before closing they told me payment was going to be $2,200. They also falsified my loan application and stated that I had $3.4M in assets. Totally False. I could'nt afford the increase in payment and they told me "too bad" and kept my $3,000 deposit.
