Harressment they keep harrasing

This people called claiming to publishers clearing house and told me i won a $1000.00 online shopping spree and i also get all these magazines.

When I tried to cancel this because i never recieved this shopping spree or magazines, they told me that i can not cancel and I should send them $58.00 amonth for 60 months. I went through better business and this company never responded.

Now they keep calling Every week and harrassing me.
I need this to stop now.
