They had a hearing with out my knowledge never served didn't know for 7 yrs. El Dorado County & Los Angles County

I was never served or even aware that i was devoriced my wife left with our son and I never heard rom them for almost ten years my son was eleven yrs old by then. My wife and i had drinking and drug problems, I moved back to Seal beach where I got into a rehab program. My wife still wanted to party and I wanted to get cleaned up it was hard at first I hadnt had steady employeement in years where I was living on the streets till I finally got clean and sober in west covina I made several attempts to see Brian but They would never let me know where she was I found out years later that they where living with a nother drug addict in lousinana. I never knew I had a suspended license till I got pulled over one day and that is how I first found out about this whole mess. I was never Allowed a chance in court to represent my self it was an open and shut case from the very begining. She had applied for welfare in two seperate counties while living in a completely diffrent state.
