Dishonest fraudulent billing ripoff

I called the company Latavi on their 1-800 number to see about ordering some of their product. I was offered a free months supply of their product and all i had to pay was the $5.00 for shipping. When i was giving the representative my information she tried to sell me on a couple of other services including Savings2Go. I told her that no i did not want anything other than the product that i had already ordered. She tried everything she could - manipulating words and even trying to put them in my mouth to say yes to her extra offers. I would not budge. I ended the call with her after confirming that i would only be charged for the shipping of my product and no other offers.

Months later i have noticed 2 different charges of $8.95 from Savings2Go.

I called Savings2Go at 800-448-1944 and actually spoke to a very nice representative who was nice enough to tell me that i was listed as a member for their services and that i was signed up for it when i ordered from Latavi. I told her that i never authorized the woman from latavi to sign me up for this and the Savings2go rep apologized and told me that the 2 charges of $8.95 would be credited to my account w/in 48-72 business hours.

I am very upset because i repeatedly told the Latavi representative NO I DO NOT WANT ANY OTHER OFFERS. And she signed me up for it anyway. This is wrong and i think this company should be held responsible. THEY should be the ones crediting me back money!
