Ripoff, dishonest fraudulent loan charges, $2350 stolen: company needs to be sued

I was contacted by apacer lending that i was approved of a bade credit loan on june 13th. Needless to say i was asked the first time to put down $1500 towards the loan. I did and was told that the loan will be in my account the next business day between 3pm and 5pm. The next day i did not see anything. When i called them i was told that the lender required an additional $850 for the loan to be processed. Since i did't know anything about this kind of thing, i went ahead and sent this. All this was done via moneygram. After that the same answer. But nothing came through my account. I kept trying to call them to no avail. Sometimes i get through, and they would be so rude to me on the phone talking to me as if i couldn't understand them and this was their so-called supervisor "brent simmons". Finally i was told that my money will be refunded to me in 10 to 15 business days. I have yet to see it. Please something needs to be done about this company. Help!!!
