REAL ESTATE illegal telemarketing, reguesting credit card for $8195.00 for real estate mentoring with no information as to what he was doing. Very rude got mad when I told him not interesting in his business. Ripoff INTERNET

I got a call at my home from an individual by the name of BRUCE POSNER on Wednesday evening on June 12. He asked if I was interesting in real estate and what my goals were. I asked him how did he get my telephone number and my name he stated that he was a CEO of a REAL ESTATE company and that I bought his book on the internet. Then he asked me if I have a credit card and what my balance was. I stopped him immediately and told him, I do not know him and refused to respond.

He stated that he was THE CEO of his company and that he personally called all his clients and no CEO would do that. He called to determine if he wants me to be a part of his business and he would determine if I an qualified and whether or not I would become a part of his business investment team. He wants me to make a decision immediately. I refused to succumbed to his anger and tactics so he got mad and gave me a web site to investigate and that he would call me back the next day.

I looked at the webb site and it was not impressive. So on Thursday June 13, he called me again at my home phone and was very arrogant and disrepectful. I listened to him but he had no facts about what his business was about. Then he asked me to write down $10,000.0 and $15,000.00 and $8,179.00 (? The exact amount for the later), he states that he will guaranteed me that amount of money every month for mentoring, but only if I give him my credit card for the amount of $8,179.00. He state that this is a discount because every other real estate companies change $30,000.00 or more for same service. I informed him that I had no interest. He became angry and hanged the phone up.

This person is a rip off artist. Una
