Recurring billing twice US10 each time within the last 2 months without my approval or knowledge ripoff New Jersey

Addendum compass direct marketing doesnt have a website or email it operates under a plethora of different aliases or is in collaboration with affilaited companies, its name only appeared on my debit statement

I am from singapore and would like to highlight on an online fraudulent transction that was doen without my knowledge I would like to highlight the issue of hicksville and comapss direct marketing which is based in New York if you recall freelotto has some kind of partnershipwith multifarious companies and adveritisng gimmicks on the internet

Compass direct marketing had billed me recurring amount of US10 without my knoweldge twice. I had informed my bank on this fraudulent transaction. I seek your assistance in the context of this matter. I recall a few months ago i was told i had won a free gift and had to fill up for US1 at that time it was a different company. The gift didnt arrive. I had recived emails of different sweepstakes that eligibile to etner but tis applicable to only americans.
But from then i was billed an amount of US10 twice, for the first billing in may. I was taken aback and had to change my card number and yet i was billed again the same amount just this month in june. I have informed my bank about this infringement misdemeanour

I seek your cooperation in this matter and would appreciate if theres a recourse for fraudulent larceny scam without my apprvoal or knowledge
