Got my money off my credit card $99.61 W

They got 99.61 off my credit without my permision. When I called them they did want to refund my money. We talked to Andrew to get him to credit my card. We have not got our money back yet. They have brocked all phone calls as off this date 5/28/07. Not a company to do business with.
