Florida Direct, Westgate Resorts Telemarketing Scam Dips into Bank Accounts

My grandson was just ripped off by this company via a telemarketing scheme. His cell phone (looks like Mobile T must be selling numbers...) was called during his working hours. The caller spoke in broken English so it
was nearly impossible to understand him. My grandson said he was not interested, but the caller was insistent that they could send him all this info for no cost. He requested the bank information in order to send the FREE
information. My grandson, being young and naive, gave it to him only after he asked and was reassured by the individual numerous times, that NOTHING would be taken out of the account.

Well, of course, the infamous $149.00 I have seen on all the other reports was removed. I have contacted the
FBI in California, I will also file a complaint with the FBI in Florida as well as the Florida Attorney General's office. Additionally, I am contacting Universal
Studios/Amusement Parks to make sure they are aware that this company which is engaging in criminal activity across state lines is implying that Universal is a partner in their efforts. They, Florida Direct, have designed and printed a brocure that directly uses Universal logos and other art materials in such a way as to appear that they are connected to and endorsed by
Universal. Only in a size 1 font do they state a disclaimer that they are not operated by nor affiliated with Universal Studios.

Everyone affected by this should take the same steps as above so that the FBI (these people are crossing all state lines) as well as the Florida State Attorney General's office (base of operation) can see that they
have a multitude of victims and need to be shut down.

These are the same steps I took with Camco which was also using the telephone and illegal methods to rob people (based in IL) and the state put them out of business and I believe they got jail terms as well.
